John Pearce
Mr. Pearce has been crafting enterprise business solutions for a wide range of industries for over 30 years. He has extensive involvement with all key supply chain disciplines and focuses on the strategic and execution sides of the solution delivery equation. He is adept at grasping “the big picture” quickly in order to chart the most effective path forward and addresses all the fundamental components of a best-practice approach – people, process, technology, and data.

With an equally diverse industry background in engineering, systems deployments, and management his ability to provide a balanced approach is a valuable attribute for clients.

Supply Chains and their supporting technologies are the primary focus of Radix – yet the supply chain ecosystem is constantly evolving. Sometimes the changes are slow but oftentimes, as recent events demonstrate, the changes are both rapid and unpredictable.
To better understand where we have come from – and where we continue to head – Radix management draws from a rotating group of seasoned Supply Chain professionals for understanding trends based on their unique perspectives. These individuals are accomplished visionaries and actively engaged in the supply chain field.
Gregg St John – Demand / Supply Planning / SIOP / S&OP
Gregg brings over 27 years of consulting and industry experience, with a strong focus on supply chain planning and execution. Former roles as CFO and COO enable a strategic, cross-functional perspective — particularly in inventory and synchronization challenges. Gregg offers a holistic view of the supply chain, from procurement through distribution, making him a valuable resource for guiding operational strategy and decision-making.
Scott Eggenberger – Facility Automation & Material Flow
Scott brings 25 years of experience across the Supply Chain to the Radix Alliance, with specific expertise in optimizing material flow/throughput and minimizing cost within the “four walls” of a facility. He and his company have delivered hundreds of successful projects, ranging from simple redesigns of workflow to turnkey installations of highly complex, fully automated Material Handling systems.
Jerry Collins – Supply Chain Strategy, Optimization and Business Growth
Jerry brings over 25 years of experience in supply chain strategy, optimization, and business growth, spanning startups to global enterprises. As the principal of G&ACII Management Consulting — Radix’s West Coast partner — his presence in California strengthens and extends the Alliance’s reach across the Western U.S. and beyond.
Peggy Tschudin – Logistics & Global Transportation
Peggy has 20 plus years of extensive logistics experience involving manufacturing and distribution disciplines – from both an industry and consulting perspective. She has strong skills in human resource strength identification and working with teams to develop those skills and interests. Peggy has a hands-on understanding of how-to setup transportation processes to move product most efficiently on a global and national scale.

While we would like to claim a unique and new methodology for solving problems it would be counter productive with regards to using many of the proven technologies, benchmarks, tools, and bodies of knowledge that are accepted standards of practice. Our solution is to maintain a level of operating knowledge and expertise with regards to the accepted standards and use the appropriate mix to address each client’s individual business needs and the associated challenges.
